Privacy & Personal Data

Privacy Policy – AnonyModels.com

This policy clearly explains how we collect, use, protect and delete your personal data when you visit our site or apply to become a model with the AnonyModels agency.

Plain-language summary: we use your information only to review your application, arrange a potential collaboration, secure our communications and comply with our legal obligations. We never sell your data and we delete original sensitive content (non-anonymized photos/videos) after processing.

1. Who is responsible for processing the data?

The data controller for personal data collected via the site AnonyModels.com is the site operator, reachable at:

Email : contact@anonymodels.com

The complete contact details of the data controller and those of the host (IONOS) are specified on the page “Legal Notice”.

2. What personal data can we collect?

As part of your browsing and your application, we may collect:

  • Identification and contact data: first name or username, email address, Instagram / TikTok / other platforms, country of residence, language, etc.
  • Application-related data: age (only if you are of legal age), level of experience, platforms used or considered, type of content you wish to create, limits and preferences, availability, work history, etc.
  • Visually presented content: photos and videos of you (with or without face) used to assess your application, build your AI identity, replace your face and/or remove tattoos, distinguishing marks, scars, etc.
  • Technical navigation data: shortened IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, technical cookies and, where applicable, audience measurement cookies.
  • Conversations via WhatsApp or email: message contents, voice notes, screenshots, shared contact details, as well as metadata associated with these tools (managed by their providers).

We do not knowingly collect data relating to persons under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us immediately at contact@anonymodels.com so that we can delete it.

3. Purposes of data processing

We use your personal data only for specific and legitimate purposes, including:

  • Reviewing your application and making contact: assess whether your profile matches the agency, exchange with you, arrange a call or follow-up messages.
  • Preparation and execution of a potential collaboration: creation or selection of an AI face, definition of content strategy, sending scripts, advice, support.
  • AI processing of your visual content: face replacement, removal of tattoos and distinguishing marks, retouching and advanced anonymization of your photos and videos.
  • Site management and security: technical operation, abuse prevention, detection of potential fraudulent or malicious activities.
  • Anonymous audience statistics: improving the site, understanding the most viewed pages, optimizing the user experience.
  • Compliance with our legal obligations: responding to authorities’ requests, handling disputes, providing evidence in case of litigation.

4. Legal bases for processing

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our processing is based on:

  • Pre-contractual measures and contract performance (GDPR Article 6.1.b)
When you contact us to become a model or discuss a potential collaboration, we process your information to study your application, respond to you, prepare a potential agency contract and monitor the relationship.
  • Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6.1.f)
Some processing is necessary for the proper management of the agency, the security of our systems and the protection of your content: temporary retention of elements in case of dispute, fraud protection, optimization of our AI tools, improvement of our internal processes. We ensure your privacy is always respected and that this legitimate interest is proportional.
  • Consent (GDPR Article 6.1.a) – special cases
If, in the future, you agree to receive specific marketing information or communications (for example via a dedicated email list), this will be based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Data retention

We apply limited and coherent retention periods in line with our activities:

  • Unsuccessful applications: your information (messages, emails, any visuals) is kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful exchange, then deleted or anonymized, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires otherwise.
  • Applications that are kept and models active: the data necessary to manage the relationship (contact details, history of exchanges, contractual elements) is kept for the duration of the collaboration, then archived for up to 5 years after the end of the contract, for record-keeping and potential dispute management.
  • Original non-anonymized content (photos/videos “real”): the files used for AI processing (face replacement, tattoo removal, retouching) are kept only as long as strictly necessary for processing, internal quality validation and any technical corrections. Once the AI content is finalized, the originals are deleted from our systems. We do not keep raw copies longer than necessary.
  • Technical data and cookies: technical logs and audience measurement cookies, when used, are kept for limited periods (generally between 6 and 13 months) in line with supervisory authority recommendations.

6. Who can access your data?

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Access is limited to:

  • The internal AnonyModels team: people responsible for recruitment, candidate evaluation, AI content processing, strategic consulting and operational management. All are bound by strict confidentiality.
  • Our hosting provider and technical services: notably IONOS (hosting), email providers, backup or security tools. They act only as processors under GDPR, under contractual agreements.
  • Communication tools used: for example WhatsApp (Meta), email, videoconferencing solutions. These tools have their own privacy policies, which we invite you to review.
  • Authorities or legal advisers: where applicable, only if required by law or in case of dispute requiring information to be transmitted to lawyers, bailiffs, judicial or administrative authorities.

7. Data transfers outside the European Union

Some tools we use (for example WhatsApp, emails, secondary hosting or backup solutions) may involve data transfers outside the European Union.

In such cases, we ensure, as far as possible, that these providers offer GDPR-compliant safeguards (standard contractual clauses, specific legal framework, etc.). We minimize the information shared with these services and never transfer your sensitive content unless necessary.

8. Your rights regarding your data

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access: to obtain confirmation whether we process your data and to receive a copy.
  • Right to rectification: to correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Right to erasure: to request deletion of your data, where possible (e.g., outside legal obligations or proof).
  • Right to restriction: to temporarily restrict the processing of your data in certain situations.
  • Right to object: to object to processing based on our legitimate interest for reasons related to your particular situation.
  • Right to data portability: to receive certain data in a structured, machine-readable format when the processing is based on consent or on a contract and performed using automated processes.
  • Right to withdraw your consent: when processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, please contact us at: contact@anonymodels.com

If, after contacting us, you feel that your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in France: the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

9. Security and confidentiality of sensitive content

We are aware of the highly sensitive nature of some content you may send us (photos, intimate videos, personal life elements, etc.).

  • Access strictly limited: only team members who need to intervene in your file can access your content.
  • Contractual confidentiality: individuals handling AI processing and retouching are bound by a contractual confidentiality obligation, with strict prohibition on keeping or sharing content outside the planned framework, under penalties and potential legal action.
  • Deletion of originals: after processing and validation of anonymized content, non-anonymized originals are deleted from our systems, except for temporary technical cases or specific legal obligations.
  • Publication only of anonymized content: photos and videos published on platforms use an AI-generated face and modified content so your real identity cannot be recovered from what circulates online.

10. Sexual content and minor protection

The agency’s activities are reserved exclusively for adults in their country of residence. We do not work with minors and do not produce any content involving minors, real or simulated.

We may ask you to confirm your age and/or provide proof of majority before any collaboration. Any suspicion of content involving a minor will result in immediate deletion and, if applicable, reporting to the competent authorities.

11. Cookies and trackers

When you visit our site, cookies and other trackers may be stored on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet), including to:

  • Ensure the proper functioning of the site and its features (technical cookies).
  • Measure audience and improve the content offered (anonymous audience measurement cookies).

On your first visit, an information banner allows you to accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can always revisit your choices by adjusting your browser settings or contacting us.

For more details on the types of cookies used and their retention periods, you can consult our dedicated page “Cookies Policy” (being updated).

12. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may evolve to reflect changes in laws, regulations or our internal practices.

If there are significant changes, we may inform you by an appropriate means (info banner, notice on the site, etc.). We invite you to regularly check this page.
